Why many don't get justice?

We as a common people who really struggling for daily needs, faces a lot of hurdles which are indirectly affecting us in many ways. One major question here is "why still common people are ignored" Can somebody give an answer to above? Hope this will be something controversial. In current scenario, do we have right to speech in a democratic country like India. What is happening around us. Which is very hard to listen but we have to give a thought on the same. Is our leaders who are elected by us are really working as a public servant? This is not a dramatic question, but an essential one which any common people of a large democracy would like to ask.

As a true nationalist, we have the full right to give our opinions on any matters related to our constitution regardless any political or personal intervention. Through out this pandamic, we have learned so many lessons, which bring us a full site of thoughts to make a change of mind to protect our constitution at any cost. 

Today, we can see the freedom of speech have been questioned by certain politicians in maharashtra, which indicates a pure violation of rules set by our Indian constitution. Why this is happening now at this point of Era. This should open our eyes and must take immediate action on behalf of public. Online media has been threatened by these evils to save or protect their evil values. We certainly have a strong Judicial system but there is a serous threat on that. In a democratic country like India, these forces should be demolished at any cost to save our future generations. 

We all appeal to our beloved Indians, to rise up and come in front to fight against this evil practices. No matter which religion or caste you belong. Everyone have full right to give your support to fight for the truth. 

Another important issue is corruption, we in our daily life dealing with many public servants. There is no doubt that many of them are carrying their job truthfully, but at the same time, we should recognize that few percentage of these people are sold themselves for few bucks and let the public service put down. This practice has been directly affected the common people through out.

As a common man, we all depend on Judicial system as final for any causes happening around us. But in actual what we are able to watch, can you people understand? How much you can believe in our Judicial system? In many cases, which are under investigation are delayed too much and it directly or indirectly affecting our daily life. Top judges are corrupted, however, the common man is not getting proper justice on time. 

I don't know why our Judicial system is so slow and sometimes not taking right decisions in many Cases, where they should. Because of this many innocent people had lost their valued life. Coming generations should take valuable step in this place to correct the system and take forward steps to help the needy people. This is the necessity at the moment.
